Coming to iOS and Android

You don't have
to look. It tells you.

HIIT, Tabata, circuits, boxing. Set the work and rest seconds and the number of rounds, and it says "three, two, one, start" for you. Hands busy, face on the floor — you still know what comes next.

Not a subscription. No banner ads, no sign-in. And a preset you saved for free never turns into a paid one.

FOR YOU

For anyone tired of counting.

Stop watching the seconds and you can watch the movement instead. That is the one thing we built carefully.

  • You don't want to lift your head mid-plank to read a screen
  • You want the cue to cut through whatever you're listening to
  • You've had a timer quietly die the moment the screen went off
  • You want to edit a saved workout, not rebuild it
  • You want to know which round you're on at a glance
  • You'd rather your training log never left the phone
FEATURES

While you move, we count.

It says it out loud

"Three, two, one." "Start." "Rest." "Last round." "Nice work." Every change is announced before it happens. Japanese or English, and the speaking happens on the device.

Screen off, still running

Lock the phone or switch apps and it keeps going. The lock screen carries the time left and the next interval, so one glance is enough.

Plays over your music

Your music and podcasts are never stopped. Optionally the track dips just for the moment an alert plays, and the alert keeps its own volume.

Which round you're on

A neon ring travels once around the big number to show the interval filling up. ROUND 3 / 8 above, NEXT REST 10 below. Work is pink, rest is cyan — you can read it by colour alone.

Edit it, don't rebuild it

Save as many presets as you like and change them in place. Duplicate, reorder and delete them too.

Only what you finished

Sessions you run to the end land in History: this week's count, total time, and how many days in a row. Stop early and it isn't counted.

SCREENS

Open, run, keep.

The Kakegoe home screen, with the last preset you ran, Morning Tabata, shown as a large 20 / 10 × 8 sign
Home — the last one you ran, ready to go
The finish screen: Nice work in neon, above a total of 4:00, 8 rounds and this week's count
Finish — the total and the rounds
The History screen: this week, total time and streak, with today's sessions listed below
History — finished sessions only
PRIVACY

It only goes online when you say so.

Presets, records and settings live on your phone. Nothing is sent to our servers. There is no account, no sign-in and no usage reporting. The cues are spoken by your device's own speech synthesiser, so not even the words leave the phone.

There are exactly two moments when something goes out:

  • You open the sheet from a locked sound or theme — the ad SDK starts up and an ad is fetched
  • Pro's price is shown, or you buy or restore it — we ask the App Store / Google Play, and RevenueCat, which manages purchases

Both are your decision. Which workout you did, when, and how many times is never sent anywhere. And no ad ever interrupts a workout.

The details are in the Privacy Policy.

PRICING

Free for the whole workout. Pro is bought once.

Not a subscription. Buy it once and that's all of it, forever.

  • Beep and gong
  • Keeps running with the screen off · plays over your music
