Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on your device. It is never sent to or synced with our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Q2. Can I transfer data to a new device?

Yes. Use Settings → Backup / Restore to export your data as a JSON file, and import it on the new device.

⚠ Uninstalling the App will delete on-device data. Make sure to create a backup beforehand.

Q3. My data is gone. Can I restore it?

Unfortunately, lost data cannot be recovered without a backup file. We strongly recommend creating regular backups.

Q4. Are there any paid features?

No. All features of the App are free. The App displays advertisements but has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Q5. How do I use decorative themes?

Open Settings → Theme and tap a decorative theme. A dialog will prompt you to watch a rewarded ad. After watching the ad, decorative themes are freely switchable for 24 hours.

Q6. Can I remove ads?

There is no ad-removal option in the current version. The App is provided free of charge with ad-based revenue.

Q7. What languages are supported?

The App supports 12 languages: Japanese, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese, Thai, Turkish, and Chinese. The App follows the device's language setting.

Q8. How do I reset my budget / delete all data?

Use Settings → Reset data to delete all stored data. This action cannot be undone - back up first if needed.

Q9. iOS asked me to "Allow tracking". What happens if I decline?

You can use all App features regardless of your choice. Declining means AdMob will serve non-personalised ads (ads less likely to match your interests).

Q10. How do I reset my Android advertising ID?

Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID.


Troubleshooting

The app won't launch / crashes

  1. Force-quit the App and restart it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check that you are on the latest version in the app store
  4. If the issue persists, contact us using the channel above

"Import failed" when restoring a backup

Rewarded ads don't load
